Apply for JobsNOW Scholarship Now (August 03, 2009)

DavidsonWorks has scholarships available for the JobsNOW training programs at Davidson County Community College.  Workforce Investment Act (WIA) eligibility and feasibility guidelines will apply.

To apply for a scholarship, you must attend an information session

Where: Davidson County Community College Gee Auditorium (Gee 143)

Dates: Tuesday August 4, 2009 or Wednesday August 5, 2009 

Times: 9:00AM, 2:00 PM. and 6:00 PM

Training programs begin in September 2009. 

All Programs can be completed within six months.  

Programs available for scholarship include

·         Nursing Assistant,

·         Healthcare Billing/Coding,

·         Welding,

·         HVAC/Industrial Maintenance,

·         Office Manager,

·         Mechatronics/Automation,

·         Supply Chain Management,

·         Emergency Medical Technician
