The Transformation Action Plan is a product of the collaborative effort between the Senior Leadership of the Piedmont Triad Partnership, WIRED, and the 6 Workforce Development Boards in our region. The Transformation Action Plan supports the NC State Board Standards and strategic direction.
The purpose of the Transformation Action Plan is two-fold:
1) Enhance internal and external regional communication between Workforce Development Boards, WIRED and Economic Development.
2) Build Board capacity to facilitate vertical transformation from boardroom to mailroom in the Piedmont Triad area.
Our aim is to transform the workforce system so that it better meets the talent development needs of our local and regional communities.
